1. Comparisons (1-3):
Comparisons (not) as……..as / the same as / different from - as adjective as to show that two things are similar. - not as adjective as to mean something is more or less than something else. - the same as… to show similarity. - different from to show that two or more things are different. Example: - Classical music is not as exciting as rock and roll. - The price of food is the same as it was last year. - City life is quite different from life in the country. 2. Too and either (4-5):
Too and either - too: used to express agreement with a positive statement. - either: used to express agreement with a negative statement. Example: A: I like pop music. B: I like it too. A: My mum doesn’t like rock and roll. B: My mum doesn’t like it either. II. PRACTICE
