3. Read the passage again and answer questions.

3. Why were Dhaka, Tripoli and Douala ranked among the worst cities?
-Because in these country, living conditions were the most difficult or dangerous.

5. What are some factors that should be added to the index?
-Osaka was the most “liveable” city in Asia.
-They are a city`s green space, urban sprawl, natural features, cultural attractions, convenience, and pollution.
II.SPEAKING
4a. Work in groups of five or six. Conduct a survey to rank your own town/city or a town city you know. Give from 10 points (the best to 1 point (the worst) to each factor.
Ask each student in your group the question:

b, Work out the final result of your group. Then present it to the class. Is your group`s result the same or different from that of other groups?

Hello everyone! We are in group 6.
We`ve conducted a survey involving 5 participants to rank our city. And here is the result. (Chúng tớ vừa thực hiện một khảo sát gồm 5 người tham gia để xếp loại thành phố của chúng ta. Và sau đây là kết quả cuộc khảo sát.)
Firstly, most of the participants gave high scores to factors number four and eight with the total points of 40 each.

They seemed to be quite satisfied with the climate and natural features of the city.

To conclude, based on the survey, we think that our city needs to take more effective measures to improve its safety, transport, entertainment and population control.
(Tóm lại, dựa vào bản khảo sát, chúng tớ nghĩ rằng thành phố của chúng ta cần thực hiện các biện pháp hiệu quả hơn để nâng cao độ an toàn, cải thiện giao thông, giải trí và kiểm soát dân số.)
