What is a coordinating conjunction used for?
It is used to join two simple sentences into one.
What do we call a sentence combined from two sentences?
We call it a compound sentence.
GRAMMAR:2 / Compound sentences:
a. Form:
Simple sentence, and /or /but /so + Simple sentence.
b. Use:
when we want to join two ideals, we can link two simple sentences to form compound sentences. We can do this using a coordinating conjunction like
- and ( for addition: thêm vào),
- or (for choice: lựa chọn),
- but (for contrast: tương phản),
- so (for a result: kết quả).

a. Form: Hình thức (cách thành lập câu ghép )
-Simple sentence,+ coordinating cọnjuntion + Simple sentence.
-Chúng ta nối 2 câu đơn thành một câu ghép (Compound sentence) , dùng liên từ kết nối như:
