COMPOUND ADJECTIVES
Compound adjective is made up of two or more words.
Out-of-date clothes
Its meaning is usually clear from the words combined.

The second part of the compound is often present participle or past participle:
well- paid job, good-looking girl
Compound adjective is combined by a number and a singular noun: a 10-year boy
