Exercise is one of the best ways to keep fit. It makes the hesrt and lungs strong and helfs to prevent illness. Doctors recommend exercising for 30 minutes a day, three times a week. Playing sports, walking, jogging, cycling and swimming are all good form of exercise. You don’t need to buy expensive clothers, but a good pair of shoes is an advantage of jogging anf walking. As many people cycle long distances to work everyday. They keep fit without needing to do extra exercises. Diet is another important way to keep healthy. A balanced diet contains meat, fish, egg, rice, and fruit. It’s better to eat more of this type of food and less food containing fat and sugar. Cakes, eggs and soft drinks are bad for the teeth. Smoking and drinks are bad for the teeth. Smoking is dangerous your health.
