1.Knowledge:
By the end of this lesson, Ss will be able to:
Extend some more knowledge about the topic of “home”.
Remember, extend and use the lexical items related to the topic of people’s homes, family members and housework.
Pronunciation: pronounce /i/ correctly in isolation and in context, identify the intonation for yes/no questions.
Grammar: present, explain and use the ideas or concepts for the present simple with yes/no questions, the present simple with wh-questions.

Reading skills: read for general, specific and detailed information about a paragraph about a city in Viet Nam, build and stimulate Ss’ scanning and skimming skills in reading skills.
Listening skills: listen for general, specific and detailed information to a boy describing his hometown.
Speaking skills: express opinions, build and stimulate critical thinking skills, prepare and display describing pictures related to the topic in the unit, express opinions about villages, towns, and cities, act out a conversation, and role play a conversation.
