1- confused[kən`fju:zd]
a- (about sth) (of a person) unable to understand something (often because it does not seem to be logical); uncertain or unclear: khôngthểsuynghĩrỏràng, bốirối.
I`m afraid I`m rather confused - could you explain from the beginning again?

b- (of something, a situation etc) difficult to understand; not clear: lộnxộn, khôngrỏ

3-confusing[kən`fju:ziη] causing you to be confused: khóhiểu

4- confusion[kən`fju:ʒn]the feeling of being confused; a situation where everything is confused: tìnhtrạngbốirối, sựrốiloạn.

8- puzzling[`pʌzliη]causing you to be puzzled :gâylúngtúng , gâyhoangmang.
His failure in the exam is puzzling, since he`s one of the better students.
9-baffled[`bæfld]completely unable to explain or understand something, or find a solution to it; very confused :quákhóhiểu, rấtbốirối.

Police are baffled as to who could have committed such a crime.
10-to baffle[`bæfls.0.) to cause someone to be baffle: làmaibốirối, làmaihoàntoànkhônghiểu
His decision to leave the company baffles me
11-baffling:causing you to be baffled : gâykhóhiểu, gâylúngtúng.
It’s a baffling situation and I really can’t explain.
12- mixed-up confused (perhaps for emotional or social reasons) bốirối, lúngtúng.
A lot of young people are mixed-up about their futures.

13- to mix up to confuse two things, so that you think that one thing is the other:
nhầmlẫnai / cáigìvớiai/ cáigìkhác, lộnxộn
I mixed her up with someone else because I’ve got a bad memory.
Aunt Sheila is always mixing up the twins and calling them by their wrong names
I always mix those two words up and use one when I should use the other.
14 - A mix-up: a confused arrangement: tìnhthếlộnxộn,sựhiểulầm
It was a mix-up - I thought we were meeting at 8 o`clockbut he thought we were meeting at7 o`clock.
15-bewildered [bi`wildəd]completely confused and unable to understand something:
hoàntoànbốirối, khôngthểhiểuđiềugì.
Don`t ask me to explain the film to you - I`m as bewildered as you are.
I`m bewildered as to why she`s so angry – she was perfect1y friendly this morning.
16-to bewilder[bi`wildəs.0.) to cause someone to be bewildered: làm (ai) bốirối,
lúngtúng.
