*Warm up: Greet the class by saying Hello/Hi. How are you? Ask students to respond with Hello/Hi. I’m fine. Thank you.

Activity 1. Look, listen and repeat

- Look at the four pictures

- Listen to the recording a few times

- Listen and repeat line by line

B. Practice

Activity 2. Point and say

- Learn some new words

- Model sentence

- Get students to work in pair.

- Call a few pairs act out the dialogue. Check as a class.

C. Application

- Learn new words by heart.

*Warm up: Spend a few minutes revising Good morning/ Good afternoon/ Good night.

- Play the recording more than once.

- Play recording again for students to listen and repeat.

B. Practice

- Look at the pictures

- Work in pairs

- Do choral and repetition of the words and sentences.

*Warm up: Have the class say the Hello, friend! chant.

- Read the text in silence.
