I. Warm-up: play game

“ Slap the board”

 

- T devides class into 2 group.

-T writes some words on the board.

-Each group will have 5 members going to the front and stand at an equal distance from the board.

-A student speaks out one of the words in a loud voice.

-Ss listen carefully, next they slap the board, which group slap the word correctly and faster will be get 10 marks.

-The group which get more marks will be the winner.

Play game “ passing the paper”

 

 

 

- T shows some pictures to introduce new words.

-T asks Ss to repeat the vocabulary in choral 3 times and then calls on some Ss to repeat them.

- T write the word on the board and asks Ss “what does it mean?”

-Ss answer and copy down.

 

 

-T asks SS to close their books.

-T gives instruction about the game.

-T will divide class into 2 groups ( A &B).

-T will sticịn pictures and write the suitable word. One correct word will get ten marks.

- T asks Ss look at the picture and asks them to identify the characters in the picture:

+ “ how many pictures are there?”

+ “who are they?”

+ “ what are they doing?”

-Ss answer the question.

 

- Then T plays CD for ss listen carefully (2 times).

- T reads model the conversation. Then T asks Ss listen and repeat sentence by sentence after T.

- T is Tom, Ss is Mai and change role.

- T asks Ss work in pair in 3 minutes.

 

 

 

- T asks Ss to look at the conversation, who can give me the new structure used to talk about food and drink.

- T invites some Ss to answer.

- T gives the structure.

- T asks to Ss copy the new structure and meaning into their notebook.

- Ss practice in pairs in front of class (close/ open).

 

 

- T gives a paper for class and introduces the rule of game

+ T plays music, sts pass paper around the classroom.

+ T stops music, st hold paper asks the question and their pair answers the question.

+ T shows any pictures of 7 pictures and sts hold paper ask and answer the question of these pictures.

- Sts listen and play this game.

- T and the class will decide the winner.
