THÌ HIỆN TẠI TIẾP DIỄN (Present progressive)
Cấu trúc:
KĐ: S + am / is / are + V-ing
PĐ: S + am / is are + not + V-ing
NV: Am / Is / Are + S + V-ing…?
(Wh- +) am / is / are + S + V-ing…?
Cách sử dụng:
- Dùng để chỉ một hành động đang diễn ra trong lúc nói.
Ex: I am studying now.
- Một hành động dự kiến trong tương lai gần đã được sắp xếp xong.
Ex: They are playing tennis next week.
- Hai hành động xảy ra song song ở hiện tại
Ex: She is cooking dinner while her husband is watching T.V now.
* Dấu hiệu nhận biết:
- Câu bắt đầu bằng một mệnh lệnh như: Listen!
Look!
Keep silent!
Be quiet!....
EX: Listen! The bird is singing.
hoặc các cụm từ: now, right now, at the moment, at the present, today
